We have teamed up with the experts at La Jolie Ronde to create short break holidays at the Moulin de Limayrac during which your children can either get started with French or develop their existing skills.   La Jolie Ronde has been successfully offering French classes to nursery and primary children throughout the UK for over 25 years with fantastic results.

It is a proven method with a solid underlying structure that enables children to progress year after year. The emphasis is on 'fun' and lessons are short, using rhymes, songs and stories to allow the children to become physically involved in the learning activity.

Research has shown that the best time to learn a new language is when children are between 18 months and 10 years old so why not give them the best start possible ?

The structured short breaks take place over Easter holidays and the half term holidays in February, May and November and last either 3 or 4 days. They are designed to be fun for the children and to fit around other family holiday activities so no one has to compromise and parents can still enjoy a well earned rest. A typical break works like this:

 * 1 session of 30 minutes (20 minutes for nursery children) in the morning while parents are having their breakfast.
 * 1 session of 20 minutes (15 minutes for nursery children) before dinner to reinforce what we learn in the morning session.
 * Children who stay for dinner at the Moulin will be served in French and language practiced during the meal.
 * A selection of optional day time family activities such as nature trails, treasure hunts, games and craft will be available.
