Safety:
We request that parents warn their children of the potential dangers of water. We have created an outdoor enclosed safe space for young children to enjoy, but beyond this area there is unrestricted access to water and children must be supervised at all time.

Reservations and payment:
To ensure that you are able to stay for your preferred dates and in your preferred room, we strongly recommend that you book with us at least a month in advance. A 30% deposit is payable on reservation. We will accept a Sterling cheque for the deposit. This cheque will be given back to you at the end of your stay with us and the final bill will be payable in Euros. The room will be reserved for 7 days after which if the deposit is not received we reserve the right to cancel the reservation.

Please note that credit cards are not accepted. Only cheques in euros from a French bank will be accepted.

Cancellation:
The following will apply if you wish to cancel:

Arrival and departure:
You are welcome to arrive any time between 5pm and 7pm. Please advise us as early as possible if you need to arrive outside of these times and we will do our best to accommodate you. We reserve the right to cancel reservations if guests have not arrived by 7pm and not advised us of their late arrival.
Guests are asked to depart by 11am.

Pets:
We are unable to receive pets. Please note that we will have to cancel your booking if you bring pets with you.

Wheelchair access:
Although our accommodation does not meet the technical standards required for full wheelchair user access, we have designed the layout of the Moulin to be as wheelchair friendly as possible. All the ground floor living rooms have step free access and the ground floor toilet is suitable for wheelchairs. The library and the bedrooms are all step free and although the shower rooms are not adapted for wheelchair use, they are suitable for guests with limited mobility.
