The gîte, fully renovated in 2011, is adjacent to the owner's home and B&B and has a private garden with swimming pool, sun terraces and garden/games room. Bordered to the east by the mill leat and to the west by a stream, the garden provides ample space and privacy for both play and relaxation.
Situated on the edge of the small village of Limayrac, there is wide choice of shops only 10 minutes away, whilst the regional centre of Rodez and it's airport can be reached in 25 minutes. All the area's main visitor attractions are under an hour away:
Belcastel (castle, one of France's Most Beautiful Villages, Michelin star restaurant)- 20 minutes
Pradinas (Animal parc) - 20 minutes
Sauveterre-de-Rouergue (arts & crafts, one of France's Most Beautiful Villages, Michelin star restaurant) - 25 minutes
Villefranche de Rouergue (medieval Bastide, fantastic Thursday morning market) - 35 minutes
Albi (UNESCO World Heritage Site) - 45 minutes
Conques (medieval, one of France's Most Beautiful Villages) - 50 minutes

The gîte provides accommodation for up to 4 adults plus a baby, in one double and one twin bedroom.
The overall internal area of 65m2 comprises:
* Open plan kitchen/dining room/living room featuring:
- Electric oven with ceramic hob, Microwave, Dishwasher, Fridge Freezer, Kettle, Toaster and Coffee Perculator
- TV, CD player
- Wood-burning stove
- Patio door to sun terrace
- Games and books are available to borrow from the B&B

The mill sits in pretty, mature gardens bordered by the mill leat and a small stream, Le Riou Nègre, which eventually flows into the River Aveyron near Belcastel.
The garden area comprises:

When possible you can dine with us and our guests at the "table d'hôtes" of our B&B. We will make you discover local products as well as the ones with produce from our vegetable garden. Ready meals and vegetable from our garden are available if you wish.
Rental period is from Saturday to Saturday. However from the 30th September to 27th October it is possible to rent for a minimum of 3 nights (190 € + 40 € / additional night.) You can also rent our B&B
en gîte (15
persons).
Tariffs:
The prices below include VAT and charges for water and electricity. Linen such as table cloth, kitchen cloth are included as well as cleaning products.
